Just had this Cinnamon breakfast cookie🍪 Cinnamon cookies 1 cup almond meal 1 cup coconut 1tbs coconut oil 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup cream cheese 1 egg 2 tsp xylitol Pinch of Salt Mix all the ingredients together till a dough forms. Place in the fridge for one hour. Roll dough out and cut out with a cookie press. Scatter over cinnamon sugar before baking. Makes 10-12 cookies. For the cookie: Take one cookie, top with greek yogurt and almond butter frosting.

Hertzoggie chia pud 125 ml of greek yogurt 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tbs apricot jam 1 tsp almond butter 1 tsp shredded coconut 1.Mix half of the greek yogurt with the chia seeds. 2.Mix in the apricot jam. 3.Mix together the almond butter and the shredded coconut, use as the base layer. Press on to the bottom part of your glass. 4.Top off with the chia seed mix, then with the rest of the yogurt and decorate with extra apricot jam and coconut.

Ingredients 1 cup almond milk 1 frozen banana 1 medium beet or 1 cup raspberries 1 tbls of almond butter 1 tbls honey or 1-2 dates Dash of shredded coconut Blend all these ingredients together and serve with fresh fruit and muesli. Serves 1 Bonne journée*

1 frozen banana, 1 cup of coconut water, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp of coffee, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbs of chia seeds. Blend till fluffy and enjoy

Ingredients 1 egg 2 tbl of almond flour 1tbs of flaxseed meal 1 tsp baking powder 100 ml apple puree or 1 banana 1/2 tsp of cinnamon 1 tbl of honey Pinch of salt and a handful of raspberries 1 tsp of almond butter 1 holder of greek yogurt Muesli for topping Methord Mix together the egg, almond flour, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla essence, apple puree, honey and salt. Mix in the raspberries. Place in a jar and bake for 20minutes @180°.

Ingredients Mash 1 banana 1/2 almond milk 2 tsp of cocoa powder 1/4 cup Muesli 1/2 cup cottage cheese 1/4 almonds 1 fresh fig Methord 1. Mix the chia seeds with the mashed banana, almond milk and cocoa powder and place in the fridge overnight. 2.
