Cupcake jar

Ingredients

Cupcake in a jar

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

3 tbsp flour

1 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 tbsp sugar

salt

Icing

1 tbsp butter

1/2 cup icing sugar

1/4 cup ricotta

2 tbsp cocoa

1. Mix all these ingredients together for the cupcake, scoop into a big cupcake baking sheet or smaller ones.

2. Bake for 15 min at 180°C till it is set all the way through.

3. Mix together the butter, icing sugar and ricotta.

4. Add the cocoa powder and then decorate your cupcake once it has cooled down.

5. You can also bake your cupcake in a teacup and then give that as an gift with some Coffee sachets.
