Festive Chocolate goodies

Gourmet Chocolate spoons and chocolate puzzle

1 slab or chocolate of your choice

Silicone forms to set the chocolate in

1. Microwave the chocolate in the microwavable for 30sec and then remove to see if it has melted, if not then microwave again for 25sec.

2. Remove and scoop out the chocolate into your desired silicone shapes.

3. Decorate the chocolate spoons with hundreds and thousands/ edible pearls/ extra chocolate chips. Whatever you want to use, it's completely up to you.

4. The chocolate puzzle is easy, just press the chocolate into the letter forms, refrigerate.

5. Place in to a paper bag and wrap it up and decorate as you want.

Marzipan Chocolate truffels

Chocolate truffles with Marzipan hearts

1 slab of dark chocolate

1 tbsp of butter

1/4 cup of cream

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 bar red Marzipan frosting

1. Melt the chocolate for 30 sec and then add the butter. Melt again for another 20-25 sec.

2. Then add the cream and mix until all is well combined and it forms a thick chocolate ganache.

3. Let it rest in the fridge for one hour before removing.

4. Take a teaspoon and scoop enough to make a ball in the palm of your hand.

5. Do move quickly because the chocolate melts very easily.

6. Roll in the cocoa powder.

7. Cut out heart shapes out of your Marzipan frosting and make the bottom part wet with water and stick it on to the chocolate truffles.

8. Refrigerate and wrap it up to be given as a gift.
