Marmite cake pops

Ingredients:

1/4 cup marmite

60 ml butter

pinch of salt

10 ml baking powder

500ml flour

200g butter

500ml cheddar cheese

250ml milk

2 eggs

1/2 cup corn

Method:

1. Heat up your oven to 180°C.

2. Mix the dry ingredients together.

3. Melt the butter and add the two whisked eggs and milk.

4. Pour in to the dry mixture, add half of the cheddar cheese and corn and mix well till a dough forms.

5. You don't really need a cake pop baking tray, you can roll them in to balls, but it helps to keep them in ball shapes.

6. Let them bake or 10 minutes and remove and then smear on the Marmite ( about 1/2 tsp each) and add the last bit of cheese and bake for another 2-5 minutes till melted.
