Mini churro cups


Mini churros

Ingredients:

1 cup of water

2 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 cup all purpose flour

500ml oil for frying

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 bar milk chocolate

Method:

1. Pour the oil into a pot on the stove on medium to high and start to heat up the oil for frying.

2. Mix together the water, sugar and the oil.

3. Gradually add the flour and the salt to the sugar mixture until a dough forms.

4. Roll the dough into long sausages and cut into 3 cm sausages.

5. Once the oil is ready, place about 3 to 4 Churros in the oil until golden brown.

6. Remove and place on a paper towel to soak up the oil.

7. Roll in the cinnamon sugar and then place in plastic cups and drizzle over the melted chocolate.
